I joined Executive Resources in August 2003, and I currently specialize in Information Technology. I have over ten years experience in the staffing industry. I began my career with an international temporary and permanent placement firm in 1993, and after four years which included on-site recruitment services for a major client, I made the transition to corporate recruitment. I was an employment specialist for a local performance marketing company for over five years where I honed my skills in recruitment, interviewing, hiring, managerial training, and employee relations.

I've been working an IT niche with Kim since January 2005, and with my husband being an IT consultant, I must say there is never a dull moment in the IT world! I plan on assisting Kim until I retire or until she causes me a nervous breakdown! In all seriousness, it can be challenging at times, but most recruits I've placed have been fun to work with making them easy to represent.
