I joined Executive Resources in June
of 1993. My sole focus is the Information Technology
sector in the Des Moines metro area, as well as the
surrounding communities. I’ve worked an I.T. niche since
December 1994. My prior experience includes working for a
large software development company as well as a hardware
reseller. It’s been 20 years and I LOVE what I do.... on
MOST days! I know our market like the
back of my hand! I have a sincere passion and true
understanding of the impact on all the parties who are
involved when it comes to hiring someone or making a
career change. I feel that I’ve made a difference in a
handful of people’s lives. The rest think I suck, but
that’s just part of the gig. The other part of my work
that drives me day after day would be all the great people
I’ve met and the laughs that I have on a daily basis.
In regard to a career high for me, I’d have to say
being accepted as a member into the Pinnacle Society would
be the ultimate (www.pinnaclesociety.org).
I have always attended outside training to continue to
hone my skills, but meeting this great group of generous
people has really affected how I do my job.

I was born in Iowa and grew up in
West Des Moines.
I graduated from Valley High School and Iowa State
University before getting my start in recruiting in 1988.
I now have 25 years of experience recruiting IT
professionals in the Des Moines area.
I joined Executive Resources in April of 2013 and
am excited to be a part of the Executive Resources team.
My wife, Joyce and I have two
wonderful kids who are also going through the West Des
Moines school district.
My daughter loves volleyball and track, while my
son plays competitive baseball.
In my spare time, I enjoy golfing in the summer and
bowling in the winter.
I have also been a member of the same Fantasy
Football League for twenty years.
I will work hard for you, whether
