I joined Executive Resources in 1993. My focus is the Information Technology
sector in the Des Moines metro area. I’ve been working an I.T. niche since
December 1994. My prior experience includes working for a large software
development company as well as a hardware reseller. It’s been 11 years and I
LOVE what I do. I plan on being a headhunter until I retire OR I have a nervous
breakdown. I see too many people in this line of work for the wrong reasons
versus having a passion and truly understanding the impact this can have on
someone else’s life. I feel that I’ve made a difference in a handful of people’s
lives. The rest think I suck, but that’s just part of the gig. The other part of
my work that drives me day after day would be all the great people I’ve met and
the laughs that I have on a daily basis.
I understand the importance of family because I’m the mother of three small
children. With the influx of National companies acquiring our homegrown
businesses I’ve had to have some heart to hearts with people from other regions
in the Country. We live in Iowa…. no mountains and no ocean. What we have here
is a quality of life and that’s what makes it a great place to live. That’s what
I want for my family and that’s what I want for my candidate’s families.
In regard to a career high for me, I’d have to say being accepted as a member
into the Pinnacle Society (www.pinnaclesociety.org). I have attended several
National meetings to continue to hone my skills, but meeting this great group of
generous people has really affected how I do my job.
If you do decide to work with me as a client I will never be anything but

a candidate standpoint I pride myself on being fair and if you have an
opportunity that’s better than the one I have – I’ll congratulate you and hope
we work together some other time. I believe in treating people how I like to be
